Has anyone walked the Camino in Lems or any other barefoot shoe?
Your thoughts?
 
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
I have not - but I have hiked long distance trails with people who have worn barefoot shoes and they would not use anything else! I also walked for a while during my first camino with someone actually walking barefoot... People do what people do! If you are used to barefoot shoes, you would be fine!
