Credencial in Bilbao: IS it possible to buy a Credencial when i arrive in Bilbao please?
Just got time off work and am going next week to Bilbao to walk the Camino Norte from there.
IS it possible to buy a Credencial when i arrive in Bilbao please?
I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL for ANY ADVICE - Thank you!
