Have a look at Monbus.es. Or phone to +34 982 29 29 00. (in many languages). I think that there are buses between the 2 villages.
Buen camino

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
I don't think that the bus runs on Sundays though. A couple of women that I met last year had to take a taxi from Finisterre to Muxia on a Sunday.

Thanks. I have discovered it is just Mon-Fri which would explain why I couldn’t find it for this weekend. There is however a bus from Santiago to Muxia so maybe I will just do that and not Finisterre- decisions!!

There might be still Muxia - Dumbria (change) - Fisterra, as the shorter connection via Cee does not work.
Dumbría is on the way from Santiago to Muxia, so you will find a Xunta Albergue (kitchen) there. Shopping facilities are very limited, so if you get in by bus buy in advance.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).

I sleep so much better when there's a privacy curtain on the bunk bed. Can anyone recommend an albergue with privacy curtains based on recent experience in Finisterra, please?
Hello. Can anyone advise on how far in advance Monbus tickets can be booked online?
I want to be in Santiago for 31 December 2026 to see the opening of the Pilgrim door for the start of the 2027 Holy Year. I was hoping to walk to (or from) Mucia but n the 5 days prior. Has anyone...
