    LIVE from the Camino Almost halfway there!

    Currently in Fromista about 32 miles from the halfway point of the Frances! Did approx 22 miles today. Going to have a shorter day tomorrow. Life is great on the Camino for this Pilgrim!     LIVE from the Camino Day 5 of the Frances!

    Experienced the first day of rain so far. It was mostly light but it lasted most of the day. Made the air a bit chilly but tolerable. I went from Manero to Villamayor today. Spent most of the day alone! Even got to enjoy the wine fountain in Irache by myself! Beun Camino!!

    LIVE from the Camino CF day 1, off to a great start!

    Left Saint Jean this morning at 7am. Got to Roncesvalles just before 1:30. Weather was clear and beautiful! I didn't pre book, and was able to get a bed. I did hear they were all full by 4pm though. Very happy with my first day on the Camino!

    Wisepilgrim app

    I was looking at the wisepilgrim app for the Frances route and noticed that the distances don't always add up from one side to the other. Has anyone else noticed this? Am I being overly observant about it!! Lol!

    Hi all! Starting the Frances route next week in SJPDP and was wondering how much water do most people carry? I'm an avid hiker/backpacker and usually carry at least 2 liters. More from a fear of running out and not being able to refill than actually needing that much! Thanks!
