Ourense Hospitalero ??

Has anyone had 'negative' encounters with "That Man" (hospitalero) in Ourense? I seem to be getting the impression that some few of us aren't the only ones. If you're lucky to be 'signed-in' by the female hospitalera - Great ! They seem to alternate days in looking after the Albergue. Nice...
