Transport: Biarritz airport to St Jean PP on 22 May 2018
Need a ride to St Jean PP? I’ve booked a ride with http://www.expressbourricot.com/ at 16H from the airport to St Jean PP: it’s a van for 8, so far it’s just Me. The more passengers, the cheaper it is per person. Email Express Bourricot and jump in the van for a one hour trip. Please.- Scott54

Rain gear in June?
I'll be on the Camino Frances 22 May - 26 June, and I'm curious about the need for rain gear. Jacket? Poncho? Rain pants? I don't own either, so from the perspective of my budget and the weight, how crucial is it? (I can opt for an inexpensive poncho.) Thoughts from your experience? Thanks.- Scott54

1st Camino - though I saw "pilgrims?" in Leon in 1996
Almost 22 years ago I was visiting Leon and asked some local friends about some people with backpacks, "Are they hitchhiking across Spain?". "No, they're supposedly pilgrims" was the condescending reply. Not until I saw THE WAY with Martin Sheen in 2012 did I understand who those backpackers...- Scott54

Smaller albergues in Santiago de Compostela?
I anticipate getting to SdC in late June and will spend 2-3 nights there. (Resting a bit before heading to Madrid.) Are there any recommendations for smaller albergues or less expensive hotel/inn/pensione type lodgings? Thanks.- Scott54
