Alternate route for bikes worth it?
The Buen Camino app shows alt routes for cyclists. I missed one and was glad I did. It was totally doable and the most beautiful part of the stage. Anyone have advice for taking/not taking alt routes? Heading out from Ponte de Lima in the morning. Thanks.- Magfri

CO2 cartridges available in Portugal?

Bike Portuguese central route?
Most of the discussion I see around biking the Portuguese way is about the coastal route. Does anyone have experience biking the central route? If so, can you bike the same path as the walkers or do you have to find alternate routes for some parts (parts problematic for bikes)? Thanks.- Magfri
