I'm English and I'm thinking about overstaying my 90 day limit by 2 or 3 days, flying out of Santiago...(this is so I can squeeze in a stint as a volunteer hospitalero).
Anyone have experience of this? What happened? Wrist-slap? Fine? Not allowed to go back ever?
TIA, Cole
I also crossed from Vila do Conde after having walked the Litoral way out of Porto. There were a few signs from Vila do Conde to Pedro de Rates but had to get redirected by some kind locals too. Lovely donativo church-run place to stay at Rates..

I see you've made film(s) too... I'll check them out!
Cheers,
Cole

Many thanks all !
Cole
Thanks so much to all who took the time to post on here. I'm back home now after having done a week's "taster" of the Le Puy route and can confirm that I didn't get lost! I actually had a wonderful time though it turned out to be almost as much about the food as about the journey. The food...
Walking the Camino Frances from SJPdP to Pamplona, I found that the way was so well sign-posted, it was almost impossible to get lost. Then I did a section of the Le Puy way near St Cirque Lapopie last year - got hopelessly lost, had to resort to roads and had a miserable time. How good is the...
