SHonestly I don’t know how anyone could get down that path without hiking poles. I was mentally exhausted by the end of it from the effort of trying not to fall.

SI walked it April 24th 2023 and stayed at Albergue Suseia. 8 people that day were taken to hospital due to injuries. Lots of mud. I had a slip and fall but fortunate not to incur an injury.
