    Have done that from Australia, no jet lag. I guess everyones different though! The usual - drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol and caffeine during the flight, sunlight as soon as you can. I hope it goes well for you. Buen Camino & Ultreia!

    I used my phone in past, and will again next year. Many apps including both Word and Google docs have good voice to text options, just brilliant. I just talk, it coverts my voice to text and writes my daily diary. A few edits needed here and there, but generally easy. Then I copy and paste...

    A simple plastic over-the-door hook in my shower bag (for usually small Albergue showers which usually only have one), to hang your clothes, towel, stops them getting wet.
