    Hi Ken, That's great, useful info, thanks. I think (hope) that is achievable for me now - if it's contained in one day of climbing I can manage that I think. I would hate to be scuppered by 423m! Lots of stops and it should be fine.. Ever the optimist. EllaMinnow
